We are pleased to announce that GPT will now be providing a superior HCS washer with the VCFS™ (Fire Safe) range of Flange Isolation Kits. The current HCS washers, with X37 coating will migrate to HCS Washers with advanced Diamond Hyde™ HCS coating. The new Diamond-Hyde™ HCS coated Washers have improved abrasion resistance, dielectric strength and chemical resistance, compared to other metallic based isolation washers on the market. Apart from the superior performance the only other noticeable change will be to the color of the washers, which will now be brown instead of the yellow X37. Like its predecessor, the Diamond Hyde™ HCS washer ensures the Pikotek® VCFS™ Gasket complies with the fire safe requirements of API 6FB.
